Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Appsketiers ("we", "us"), the operator of Reel Reviews. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Reel Reviews. Questions: omargreen@me.com.

Who can use Reel Reviews

You must be at least 17 years old to use Reel Reviews. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews, ratings, lists, discussions, comments, messages, and other content you create. So the app can work, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the service, subject to the visibility you choose in your privacy settings. You are responsible for what you post and must have the rights to anything you share.

Community guidelines

Reel Reviews is a place to talk about movies. Keep it that way:

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: content or accounts that violate these guidelines may be removed or suspended without prior notice.

• No harassment, bullying, or personal attacks.
• No hate speech or abusive content targeting any person or group.
• No sexually explicit or pornographic content.
• No spam, scams, self-promotion floods, or fake engagement.
• No misinformation presented as fact.
• Mark spoilers using the app's spoiler tags — unmarked spoilers may be removed.
• Stay on topic in boards and discussions.
• No illegal content, no infringement of others' rights, and no impersonation.

Moderation and enforcement

You can report any review, comment, discussion, message, collection, link, or account from within the app. We may remove or hide content, issue warnings, and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms — with or without prior notice, at our reasonable discretion. If your content is removed or your account is suspended, you can appeal from within the app and a moderator will review your case.

Subscriptions

Reel Reviews may offer an optional premium subscription purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are shown before you buy and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Third-party content and services

Movie information is supplied by TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Theater showtimes, streaming availability, and ticket or booking links come from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date — always confirm with the theater or provider before you buy. Third-party sites and services you open from the app are governed by their own terms.

Intellectual property

The Reel Reviews app, name, logo, and design are the property of Appsketiers and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the app.

Disclaimers

Reel Reviews is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content (including user reviews and third-party data) is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appsketiers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Reel Reviews at any time and can delete your account at Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, as described under Moderation and enforcement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Appsketiers is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use Reel Reviews after a change means you accept the updated terms.
